Bristol City Council granted planning permission on 09 March 2017 for the proposed development of the former Plough and Windmill Public House, Bedminster, Bristol.
The team delivered a detailed Transport Statement in support of the development with particular emphasis devoted to ensuring that the car parking and servicing arrangement could be delivered with no detriment to highway safety.

Highways and transport were considered key constraints, and TPA worked to demonstrate that the proposed car parking provision, servicing arrangements and net traffic impact would be appropriate for the new development and that the transport planning obligations could be avoided. There were ultimately no highway objections to the scheme.
