Our London office, working with Ettwein Bridges Architects and Savills, has assisted in achieving planning permission for a 59 unit residential scheme at the former Uplands Hotel and Conference Centre, which is near High Wycombe. The hotel consisted of a number of interlinked buildings which have been vacant since December 2014. The development proposals comprise the conversion of the former Hotel and Conference Centre to provide a mix of houses and flats. At committee the scheme received unanimous support from members.

The proposed highways works include alterations to the existing access and the narrowing of the local road to enable a new footway, approximately 1km in length, to be constructed which will link the site to the adjacent village.
