Bristol City Council’s Planning Committee meeting held on Wednesday 21st December 2016 resolved to grant planning permission for Phase IV of redevelopment at Paintworks.

Phase IV includes up to 1,769sqm employment floor space (Use Class B1, A1 and A3), 92 residential dwellings and associated car parking and landscaping.

TPA provided support throughout the application process, working alongside ESHA Architects and CSJ Planning consultants. Our scope of work encompassed the development of a detailed Transport Statement and Travel Plan, as well as providing transportation advice and support throughout the planning process and negotiation relating to levels of car parking and off-site highway works.
