We were instructed by Russell Finex to support a planning application to provided over 1,000sqm of additional office, workshop storage areas within the existing limits of the Russell House site, in Feltham, Hounslow.
The proposals also include the provision of a new 30 space staff car park.
A transport statement and travel plan were prepared in support of the application, demonstrating that the site was located in a sustainable location, being within walking distance of local public transport services and local services and facilities within the local area.
It was also demonstrated that the potential increase in staff would not have a detrimental impact on the local highway network and that the new staff car park would accommodate any on-site parking which would be displaced as a result of the additional building floor space.
Planning application was submitted in July 2020.
