The results are in and the winner of the Bristol Bake Off competition is Nicola Tiley with this high flying effort.
The whole of the Bristol team got involved with the competition, offering cakes and tarts in all shapes and sizes which were very well received (mostly). We weren’t short of a scandal either, with a disqualification for the use of a pre-made cake mix. All in all, the Bake Off was an overwhelming success and we look forward to some more friendly competition in 2015.
