linkcity/ Buoygues UK has been granted outline planning consent for “The Anvil”, a 9,800sqm office development including a new public space located in the Bristol Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone.

TPA provided support throughout the application process, working alongside architects HKR and planning consultants Origin3. Our scope encompassed the development of a Transport Assessment and Travel Plan, as well as negotiation of an agreed highway mitigation package and associated s278 agreement, securing significant cost savings.
