Oxford – a New Office for Transport Planning Associates

We are pleased to announce that we have opened a new Thames Valley office in Oxford. The office will be led by Damian Ford, who has over 17 years of transport planning consultancy experience and who has worked extensively throughout the Thames Valley region. Damian will be supported by a team of transport planners, traffic engineers and infrastructure designers who will provide the full range of consultancy services to the local development community.

Rupert Lyons, Chief Executive, said: “We have identified the Thames Valley region as an area of increasing development activity that aligns nicely with the short-term growth objectives of our business. While we continue to work in the region for clients of our existing offices, opening in Oxford will bring us greater opportunities to forge new client relationships and help us to deliver those objectives.”

Damian said: “With proposals to build over 100,000 new homes in Oxfordshire alone by 2031 and Crossrail bringing further economic stimulus to the area, there is likely to be increased demand for the entire portfolio of TPA’s services.”

TPA has been active in the area for a number of years and we are currently working on a number of retail, education and residential schemes in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire.
